A year ago, Coloplast Care launched in line with Coloplast Mission, Vision and Vales staying true to Elise's original mission: making life easier for people living with stomas.

Today, our business includes Ostomy, Continence and Advanced Wound care. In all these areas, we are guided by Elise's passion and commitment that keeps us . Like her, we work closely with people who have intimate healthcare needs. We listen to their needs and respond with products and services that make their lives easier.

Coloplast complies with and takes seriously our responsibilities with respect to the Consumer Protection Act. We also strive to build an education platform within the industry to ensure that both healthcare professionals and end-users of our products are developed and that their lives are made much easier. Additionally, Coloplast also has a nursing service i.e Coloplast Care. This is a call centre where our patients connect with an appliance specialist that offers one on one support and advise in order to enhance quality of life.

Bags of Hope is a project operated in partnership with the QuadPara Association of South Africa that aids people with Spinal Cord Injuries and assists in the rehabilitation journey.

Coloplast develops products and services to make life easier for people with deeply personal and private medical conditions. These conditions are often associated with trauma and taboo. The more intimate the condition, the greater the requirement to come closer to customers, understand their world and develop solutions that are sensitive to their special needs.
